This requirement is for the supply, delivery, and off loading of
runway deicing/anti-icing compounds for airfield pavements to
the Department of National Defence and other various Federal
Government Departments and agencies on an as when requested
basis over the period of the Standing Offer. The Standing Offer
is for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for
additional two (2), one (1) year periods. Delivery, which is FOB
destination prepaid and charged, includes off-loading to
locations identified in the call-up.
"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT)."

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
