The first 5 years of the Capital Plan will be “Project-Based” meaning defined projects or groupings of projects across the Agency’s National Parks, Historic sites, Waterways and engineering assets. The longer-term part of the Capital Plan will be built more from existing Agency asset assessments, priorities, and portfolio modelling.
