REQUIREMENT: The Government of Canada, through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), is seeking a Consultant to be called upon on for the development of a Master Plan for Beijing, China.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
