THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking proposals from consultants for professional services required for a Master Plan for Correctional Services Canada's Springhill Institution.
Proponents must meet the Mandatory Technical Requirements (M1, M2, M3, M4 and M5). Failure to meet the mandatory technical requirements will render the proposal as non-responsive and no further evaluation will be carried out.
To be considered further, proponents must achieve a minimum Technical Rating of fifty (50) points out of the hundred (100) points available in the Rated Requirements.
