The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has a requirement for the provision of a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) recruitment sourcing and talent search platform, on a subscription basis, to support ongoing staffing and talent acquisition activities. The solution will enable designated users to proactively identify, search for, and engage potential candidates, with a focus on both active and passive talent, to support recruitment for specialized, senior-level, and hard-to-fill positions.
