The Ombudsman is soliciting proposals from Bidders for professional web graphic design services to design, develop and deploy a web application that details all of the potential benefits and entitlements that ill and injured members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and their families may be entitled to. The Ombudsman requires an innovative, member-centric web portal of the highest quality that will improve service delivery of benefits for ill and injured military personnel and their families, and that aligns with the goals of the Ombudsman. The project will combine the benefits information presently contained in multiple sources and present it in a manner that is based on each member’s individual situation, providing them with quick and simple access to all benefits information that may potentially apply to them. Ease of use and mobile access are critical. The Contractor will assist in selecting a hosting solution, and design, develop and deploy the new web application. The target audience of the new web application will be both serving and retired members of the Canadian Armed Forces, and their families and survivors.
