New HVAC System – East Prince RCMP Detachment, PEI
Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for the supply and installation of a new HVAC System, at the RCMP Detachment in East Prince PEI. Work includes the supply and installation of all controls, the removal of existing building ventilation system and all new wiring and accessories for the new system. Work is further detailed in the Specification and Drawings for the project.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the MERX services provider. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the MERX provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
