The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) L Division has a requirement for the supply and installation of three (3) console workstations in a mission critical Operational Communication Centre (OCC) in the Province of Prince Edward Island on or before March 20, 2018.

These consoles are used in a 24/7 public safety dispatch and call taking operation, and are used to accommodate multiple computer CPU’s, monitors, keyboards, telephone sets, and other technology.
The Contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary components (such as, but not limited to panels, surfaces, trim, connectors, and supports) and services to allow the reconfiguration, re-location, and / or expansion of the workstations in the future.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 20, 2018.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
