Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) to manage the decommissioning of 2 small
waste water pits (Lagoons) and all the associated infrastructure
(fencing) located on the former AAFC Community Pasture in
Suffield, AB.

The Site will be decommissioned by infilling using existing on
site berm material as well as DND approved clean off-site
backfill material as detailed in the instruction to contractor.
Compaction will be by track pack in 30 mm lifts as per the
instruction to contractor. The intent of the work is to restore
the site to a safe condition for DND CFB Suffield.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
