Tender description
AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 21 2026 at 2pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The full Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account and you have filled out your Government of Canada profile. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide two benchtop FT-IR Spectrometer Systems and one FT-Raman Spectrometer Module to be used with the benchtop FT-IR Spectrometer Systems to Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Ottawa ON. The requirement also includes the irrevocable option to purchase four additional years of Warranty including Maintenance and Technical Support and Preventative Maintenance.
