Health Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Wascator FOM71 CLS front loading washing machine (hereby referred to as “the washing machine”). The washing machine must conform to “International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 6330:2021 - Textiles - Domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing” standard for Type A1 horizontal axis, front-loading type washing machines. The washing machine will be used in the Product Safety Laboratory to launder plastic bags to determine compliance to the Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations. The Contractor must provide all of the following: One front-loading washing machine including all hardware, accessories, power supplies, pre-programmed memory cards containing the washing procedures and a calibration certificate; Documentation; and One Year Warranty including Maintenance and Support Services
