CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with Investor Economics for the provision of a database solution with annual updates that contains number of households, total wealth, and average wealth by household by Age Group, Income Group and Wealth Group at the Canada, Provincial, metropolitan area, city and neighbourhood (first 3 postal code characters) level for Canada.

The term of the contract is expected to be for 3 years with the potential for 2, 1-year renewal options. The value of the contract is not expected to exceed $375,000 including all applicable taxes and renewal options. Statement of qualifications from vendors must be received at the exact location as specified in the ACAN document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on July 13, 2015.
