The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) intends to establish a contract with a service provider to host a Customized Payment Filing Service to provide lenders the ability to submit payments electronically to CMHC. The Contractor will also be required to provide expert opinions on an as required basis.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years, beginning in April, 2014 and ending in March, 2017 with the option to renew at CMHC’s discretion for 2 subsequent 1-year periods. The value of this service contract is expected to range from $24,000.00 to $29,000.00 annually exclusive of all applicable taxes.
Responses must be submitted to contact person as specified on the tender page on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on January 17, 2014.
