REQUIREMENT:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) Hydraulic Press Brake that will be used within the Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS).
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
All deliverables to be received on or before March 31, 2022.
BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

CANADIAN CONTENT:
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. If there are two or more bids with a valid Canadian Content Certification the evaluation process will be limited to the bids with the certification; otherwise, all bids will be evaluated.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
