Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires multiple resources to transform Innovation Information and Technology Branch (IITB)’s Branch Operations and Planning (BOP) Directorate to ensure it becomes a trusted operational and strategic partner in providing IITB clients high-quality people management, financial management, and change management and communications services. This requirement is to help streamline administrative and financial processes and implement innovative technology solutions to achieve service excellence as well as establish and implement an improved costing approach and process that enables accurate and consistent financial planning, forecasting, and financial management (costing) decisions.
