Full description

Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of All Refrigeration Equipment at Hailfax and Ketch Harbour Site.

OPTIONAL Work Site Visit.
The site visit will be held on September 2, 2026, and will include two (2) work site locations. The site visit will begin at 8:00 a.m. (AT) at 1411 Oxford Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Following the site visit at this location, attendees will proceed to 270 Sandy Cove Road, approximately a 30-minute drive from the first location. The visit at each location is expected to take approximately one (1) hour. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the two work site locations.

Safety Attire. All persons attending the site visit should bring valid identification (ID) and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety footwear, and hearing protection. Individuals without the required PPE may be denied access to the site.

Term: The period of the Contract is from the date of Contract award for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contract for up to five (5) additional one (1) year option periods, under the same terms and conditions, at Canada's sole discretion.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
