The Canadian Forces Nondestructive Testing Occupation has a
requirement to replace two (2) older X-Ray film processing units
that are beyond economical repair, with (2) new Film Processors
to meet ongoing inspection demands.
The Film Processors shall utilize a dual water wash cycle to
ensure excess silver is washed twice and recovered prior to
releasing overflow waste. This configuration will ensure
compliance with the Government of Canada Green Procurement
initiative and permit Non-Destructive Testing inspection
facilities in all provinces to comply with stringent
environmental regulations.
Delivery will be made to 3 Wing Bagotville, Alouette Quebec and
12 Wing Shearwater,
Shearwater, Nova Scotia
Delivery and installation must be completed by 25 January 2013.
