FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
BOWDEN AND DRUMHELLER INSTITUTIONS
DESCRIPTION
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply
of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables as required by Correctional
Service of Canada, Bowden and Drumheller, Alberta. All products
required must be alcohol free. No glass containers will be
accepted.
QUANTITIES
The items and quantities required are listed in Annex B, Working
Documents - List of Products.
Note: Bidders must provide pricing for a minimum of 95 percent
of the items listed in Annex B, the Product List.
Period of Standing Offer:
Date of standing offer award to 31 July 2014, divided into 4
(four) three-month periods.
Solicitation Closing Dates:
Offers must be submitted for each refresh period, as per the
following schedule:
Rebid Period #01 - 22 July 2013
Rebid Period #02 - 15 Oct 2013
Rebid Period #03 - 15 Jan 2014
Rebid Period #04 - 15 Apr 2014
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
