Environment Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to update the Adjusted Daily Rainfall and Snowfall Data Set to include all climate stations, first focusing on the long-term Adjusted/Homogenized Canadian Climate Data (AHCCD) stations. The data and related metadata will be provided by the scientific authority. Additional details are provided in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of award to September 30 2016, with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade, the North American free Trade Agreement, and the World Trade Agreement on Government Procurement.
