To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision, instalation and maintenance of miscellaneous Dishwashing and Sanitizing Chemicals with Dispensers for use in kitchens and other areas as detailed in the specification on an "as and when requested" basis for the Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces Base Petawawa, CFB Borden, CFB Kingston, CFB Trenton and the Royal Military College in Kingston.
To supply and deliver Dishwashing and Sanitizing Chemicals for use in kitchen areas; to supply Dispenser Equipment including instructions for installation for the Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert.
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from date of award to 31 July 2021.
It is the intention of Canada to issue a single Standing Offer as a resault of this request however Canada will issue a second Standing Offer if the low bidder does not bid on all the Government Departments as required.
Debriefings: After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 Working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
