The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO)for the provision of Food Supplies for JTFN Yellowknife NT on an "as required" basis. The required rations include but are not limited to: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dairy Products, Eggs, Fruit and Vegetables (Fresh and Frozen), Bakery Products, Oils, Shortening, Condiments, Miscellaneous Groceries and other Related Products. Successful offerors shall supply, deliver and offload various quantities of food products over the period of the standing offer, for the period of three (3) years in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement
