Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Borden has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of fresh fruit and
vegetable products on an as and when requested basis.
The period of the Standing Offer is from April 1 to May 31,
2015.
Refreshing of pricing will be permitted to the Standing Offer
Holder on a one (1) month basis in accordance with Item A., 3.,
of Annex B, Basis of Payment.
The total estimated expenditure for the period of the Standing
Offer is $192,000.00 (including GST/HST)
It is intended that one Standing Offer will be issued as a
result of this request.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive.
Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Standing Offer document for the complete list of
requirements.
1. The Offeror must have a minimum 5 years in institutional food
service supply chain experience within the last 15 years
providing services similar to Annex A - Requirement.*
The Offeror must provide documentation outlining their
experience.
2. The Offeror must have a minimum annual sales record of
$500,000.00
The Offeror must provide documentation outlining their annual
sales record.
*Offerors are not required to resubmit documentation if it was
previously provided in W0113-14DH04/A or W0113-14DH04/B or
W0113-14DH04/C or W0113-14DH04/D or W0113-14DH04/E or
W0113-14DH04/F or W0113-14DH04/G or W0113-14DH04/H and was
deemed compliant.
The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for issuance of a standing offer
