THIS AMENDS THE CLOSING DATE OF THE NOTICE OF PROPOSED
PROCUREMENT (NPP) FROM 10 JULY 2015 TO 13 JULY 2015 AT 2:00 PM.
Fresh Produce
The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base
Borden (CFB Borden), have a requirement for the supply and
delivery of Fresh Produce products on an "as and when requested"
basis.
The period of the Standing Offer is from July 16 to August 31,
2015.
The estimated dollar value for a one year period is $180,000.00
including GST/HST
As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list
of all owners and/or Directors, or other associated information
as required. Refer to section 4.21 of the
Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity
Provisions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
Failure to provide this certification completed with the offer
will result in the good(s) offered being treated as non-Canadian
goods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
