Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Department of National Defence, 22 Wing Canadian Forces Base
(CFB) North Bay has a requirement to establish a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of dairy
and dairy products such as milk, butter and eggs as listed at
Annex B - Basis of Payment of the Request for Standing Offer
document on an as and when requested basis.
The period of the Standing Offer is from June 1, 2012 to May 31,
2013.
The total estimated expenditure for the period of the Standing
offer is $30,000.00 (excluding GST/HST)
It is intended that one Standing Offer will be issued as a
result of this request.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive.
Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Standing Offer document for the complete list of
requirements.
The Offeror must have a minimum of 5 years experience providing
grocery services similar to Annex A - Statement of Work.
The Offeror must provide documentation outlining their
experience.
The Offeror must provide documentation guaranteeing delivery 5
days a week and no deliveries between 1130am and 1pm
The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for issuance of a standing offer

procurement.
