TITLE: Dairy & Egg Products, Regina, Saskatchewan
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the
supply, delivery and off loading of DAIRY AND EGG products for
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Food Services, Regina,
Saskatchewan. The items and quantities required are listed in
Annex B, Working Documents - List of Products
Note: Bidders are required to submit bids for at least one (1)
of the Eggs or Dairy Product Lists, but are not required to
submit bids for both. Bidders must provide pricing for a minimum
of 90 percent of the items listed in the Product List(s) that
they are bidding on.
Up to two (2) Standing Offers may be awarded, but only one (1)
Standing Offer will be awarded per Product List.
Period of Standing Offer:
Date of standing offer award to 31 July 2014
Quantities:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
