Nature of Requirements:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery
of Dairy Products as required by Correctional Service of Canada,
Stony Mountain Institution in Stony Mountain, Manitoba.
The Standing Offer will be in effect for a one year period, from
approximately August 15, 2015 to August 14, 2016.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional
information on the Integrity Provisions.
