Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision upon requestof the products required to wash the commercial and military vehicles as described in Annex «A».
The requirements are for the 5th Battalion’s and 2ndCanadian Division of Department of National Defence located in Valcartier, Quebec.
The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issus and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one (1) year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must besent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.
