Nature of Requirements:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a
Senior Environmental Professional or Senior Geotechnical
Engineering, acting as prime consultant to collect visual,
chemical, thermal and photographic records at the DEW Line
Landfill sites located at: CAM-5 Mackar Inlet, Fox-M Hall
Beach, Fox-2 Longstaff Bluff, Fox-3 Dewar Lakes, Fox-4 Cap
Hooper, Fox-5 Broughton Island, and DYE-M Cape Dyer, Baffin
Region, Nunavut.
The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be
licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the
full extent that may be required by law in Nunavut.
This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also
submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure
that information related to fees or costs are not included with
the technical portion of the proposal.
This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in
English.
