This requirement is for Elections Canada.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 stream for Applications Services for the following categories:

Description of the requirement:
The Elections Canada Field and Corporate In-House Applications (ECFCIA) section of the BSD division is seeking to establish a contract for the professional services of a programmer/analyst.
The requirement is for a full-time hands-on Programmer/Analyst with a wide range of technical skills and well versed in web development and testing practices under both .Net and J2EE technology stack.
In addition, the resource will be proficient in the use of bug tracking and source version control tools and will have project experience involving small development teams, iterative development and on-going communications with Business Stakeholders and other IT resources.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from award of a contract for a period starting at contract award (estimated to be around September 15, 2014) to March 31st, 2015 with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 2 additional 12 month periods, under the same terms and conditions.
