Health Canada requires the services of specialized consultants to conduct a Blueprint and Design assessment for the implementation of a standardized planning and performance reporting environment.
The focus of this analysis is to determine the process, data, & system design for planning and reporting on SAP’s CPM stack, namely the Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) tool and the Scorecard & Strategy Management (SSM) tool both sitting upon SAP Business Warehouse (BW), together with the work effort (resources & timelines) to implement this solution at Heath Canada.
The business process consultants will provide a comprehensive analysis in the form of a business requirements documents, a system design document, high level project plan and cost estimate to implement the solution set. The services will be required for a period commencing from contract award to December 31st, 2014.
