The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure
suitable radar equipment for Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS)
Samuel Risley, a medium endurance multi-tasked vessel, and CCGS
Griffon, a high endurance multi-tasked vessel.

The contract period will be from the date of contract award to
October 31, 2016.

All the deliverables must be received on or before May 1, 2015.

To be declared responsive, a bid must:

a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and
b. meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria
