The Senate of Canada (Senate) is seeking to establish a contract for professional services to guide the Senate of Canada’s goal of achieving Net Zero Emissions/Carbon Footprint by 2030 as defined in Annex “A” - Statement of Work, for a period of 4 months from signature of contract for Phase 1 with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional phases. Bidders should reference as accurately as possible the numbered item of the bid solicitation to which the enquiry relates.
