DESCRIPTION
The ultimate outcome of MODSERV is to improve national, regional and local civil services in Peru, particularly in the regional governments of Piura and La Libertad in the north, and Cusco and Arequipa in the south.
At the Intermediate Outcome level, MODSERV will:
Strengthen the institutionalization of a gender-sensitive and inclusive HRMS within SERVIR and across all three levels of government; and
Improve the implementation by SERVIR of a gender-sensitive and inclusive HRMS within targeted ministries chosen to pilot the implementation at the national level and within targeted regional and local governments.
The purpose of this notice is to invite formal costed proposals from eligible Consultants. Based on proposals received, one Consultant will be invited to negotiate a contract with DFATD for the provision of services. DFATD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. The Services are expected to be provided for a period of four (4) years from the date of signing of the contract.
WORKING LANGUAGE OF THE PROJECT
The working language for this project is English and French.
BIDDERS CONFERENCE
A Bidders’ conference for all interested Bidders will be held on 2020-12-14 on Microsoft TEAMS. A link to the Conference will be sent, via email, to participants who have confirmed their attendance. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a Proposal. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the DFATD point of contact O••••••••@••••••••.••.ca, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than 2020-12-10 .
