This Request for Proposal process is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to requires to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (Canada) to require an independent 3rd Party Commissioning Consultant (CxA) to provide Building Commissioning (Cx) services for the One Building Project which includes the Centre Block Rehabilitation, Parliamentary Welcome Centre New Construction and the integration with Centre Block Underground Services (CBUS), Visitor’s Welcome Centre Phase 1, West Block and East Block.
