CANADIAN COAST GUARD LIGHT HELICOPTER PROJECT

The purpose of this requirement is to procure Commercial
Off-The-Shelf (COTS) light-lift helicopters to support CCG
functions and to support programs of the Department of Fisheries
& Oceans and other government departments across the country.

All contract awards are subject to Canada's internal approval
process, which includes a requirement to approve funding in the
amount of any proposed contract. Notwithstanding that a Bidder
may have been recommended for contract award, issuance of any
contract will be contingent upon internal approval in accordance
with Canada's policies. If such approval is not given, no
contract will be awarded. The Bidder will have no claim for
damages, compensation, loss of profit, allowance arising out of
the preparation of its bid or the internal approval process
conducted by Canada.
