Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract comprises of the
construction of two (2) washroom/shower buildings and associated
site work at Pacific Rim Green Point Campground.

Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not
limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and
equipment necessary for the construction of two (2)
washroom/shower buildings and one (1) picnic shelter and
associated on-site and civil work as fully described in the
Tender Documents.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
There is No scheduled site visit. However, interested bidders
are encouraged to preview the site on their own. Please contact

arrange access to the site.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within eighteen (18) weeks from Contract Award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost around
$1,725,000.00.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their
bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible

space provided on the tender form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
