Accessible Procurement
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s goal is to ensure that the goods and services the Government of Canada (GC) buys are inclusive by design and accessible by default. Considering accessibility in public procurements is now an obligation in the Treasury Board Contracting Policy and, accessibility criteria must be included in the requirements for goods and services, where appropriate.
REQUIREMENT:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement to acquire workspace-as-a-service office space as an alternative work location, for federal employees in the Metro Vancouver area, to their central workplace locations generally in the downtown peninsula area of the City of Vancouver. The space must have dedicated, contiguous workspace for a targeted maximum occupancy at any given time of 30 employees; inclusive of 20 workstations. It must also be located within a 500 metres radius of a rapid transit line station and be a minimum radius of 8 km outside of the downtown peninsula of Vancouver.
Canada intends to use the space from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.
