Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid.
As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is
published on MERX.
Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement with
PWGSC for the supply of Promotional Items, identified above,
cannot submit a bid
The Directorate Soldier Systems Program Management, Department
of National Defence requires the following promotional item:

1 Commemorative Pin 162,400
A minimum of 80,000 pins must be received on or before November
9, 2012. The remainder of the pins must be received on or before
December 1, 2012.
The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for
promotional items from Public Works and Government Services
Canada who meets the mandatory delivery dates with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) and this notice is being published in
accordance with these agreements.

procurement.
