Nature of Requirements:
National Defence, Defence R&D Canada (DRDC), Ottawa Ontario
requirement for the supply, rental, maintenance, installation
and removal of multiple manifold propane storage tanks with
required auxiliary equipment, as detailed in the Requirement.
To supply approximately 9,000 litres per year of propane, as and
when ordered, by National Defence, DRDC.
Any resulting contract will be effective from the date of
contract award to 31 July 2017, with the option to extend the
contract for two additional one year periods. All deliverables
must be installed and ready for operation as soon as possible
after Contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
