The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB), in Shilo Manitoba has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery, and off-loading of Propane, as required, during the period of the Standing Offer. The supply, delivery and off-loading must be performed in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.14-2006 (current edition). This requirement includes the rental of contractor owned propane tanks, periodic inspections, re-certifications, and purchase of new cylinders.
Detailed requirements are specified in Annex A.
The Standing Offer will be for a periodof 3 years with the option to extend for 2 additional one-year option periods.
Delivery, FOB destination, to various locations within CFB Shilo, MB.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
