BACKGROUND:
ProServices is a mandatory method of supply offering supply arrangements for professional services (both IT and Non-IT) valued below the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) threshold.
REQUIREMENT:
This bid solicitation covers the established quarterly refreshes (also known as periods) detailed under Part 2 solicitation document.

The period of the Supply Arrangement will be valid from the date of issuance until July 1, 2028, or, until such time as Canada chooses to re-compete the Supply Arrangement, no longer deems the Supply Arrangements necessary, or proceeds with a different procurement vehicle.
SET-ASIDE PROGRAM FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESS:
Part of this procurement may be designated by one or more Government departments as set-aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTS (CLCA):
This solicitation, as well as the resulting supply arrangements, excludes locations in areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The services to be provided under the resulting supply arrangements will be delivered in one or both of the two official languages of Canada according to the requirements of the Government department.
