DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Canadian Space Agency is seeking bids to develop, build and test
an advanced miniaturized Dyson spectrometer imaging prototype
for Mars Rover and Small Aircrafts.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
No security requirements apply to this project.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
From the date of issue up to 17 months.
MAXIMUM FUNDING
The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from
the bid solicitation is $2,000,000.00, Goods and Services Tax or
Harmonized Sales Tax extra, as appropriate. Bids valued in
excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This
disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maximum funding
available.
BASIS OF PAYMENT
Fixed Firm Price with milestone payments and an applicable
holdback of 10%.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership of Intellectual Property will vest in Canada.
CANADIAN CONTENT
The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
