The Township of Esquimalt invites interested and qualified firms to submit proposals for the operation of a transfer station and processing of yard and garden waste stream.
The Proponent will be expected to undertake:
- Operation of transfer site
- Hauling of material collected at transfer site to processing site
- Processing of material collection
- Disposal of material collected
Optional site visit requests to inspect the yard & garden transfer station facility located at 605 Canteen Road, must be made in writing via email to s••••••••@••••••••.ca. The deadline for submitting a site visit request is Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PCT.
