Description of the Requirement:
Public Works Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking the professional services of consultants for the design and development of a government-wide Supplier Relationships and Performance Management (SRPM) Regime.
This initiative aims to improve the way by which the Government of Canada (GC) acquires goods, services and real property by leveraging government spend so as to strongly encourage suppliers to:
- Forge strong relationships with the GC based on trust;
- Improve, innovate and supply high-quality goods, services or real property; and,
- Strive to surpass expectations in the provision of goods, services and real property to the GC.
