The Work covered by this contract mainly includes, but without limitation thereto:
- Earthworks finishing and landscaping of loading docks.
In particular, the Work mainly includes, but without limitation thereto:
- Construction of retaining walls with wooden benches and sidewalks;
- The establishment of a stone dust aisle;
- Supply and/or installation of street furniture (benches and trash baskets);
- The embankment, profiling and final grading;
- Planting trees and perennials;
- Sodding of surfaces.
Optional site visit:
There will be an optional site visit Friday September 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. interested bidders are to meet at the corner of Richmond road and Bassin road, Montreal (See Schedule 1 - Location Map).
The estimate for this project is between $ 90,000 and $ 190 000.
Schedule: the contractor must complete this project 45 days after contract award.
