MODIFICATION TO THE ST-MAXIME-DU-MONT-LOUIS WEST WHARF HEAD
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the modification of
the St-Maxime-du-Mont-Louis west, Gaspésie, QC, wharf head.
More precisely, the work includes the following :
Partially demolish wharf head breakwater and ship substandard
stones off site;
Partially demolish wood cribbage;
Expand actual breakwater with a section of 60 m built with 2 to
12 m.t. stones;
Build a new stone protection close to harbour entrance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

VERIFICATION:
A Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form should be
submitted with the proposal, by the proposal solicitation
closing date, for each individual who is currently on the
Proponent's Board of Directors. If the above is not completed
and submitted with the bid by the bid solicitation closing date,
the Contracting Authority will so inform the Bidder and provide
the Bidder with a time frame within which to meet the
requirement. Canada will declare non-responsive any proposal in
respect of which the information herein requested is missing or
inaccurate, or in respect of which the information contained in
the certifications specified hereinafter is found to be untrue,
in any respect, by Canada. Proponents must submit with their
proposal, by the proposal solicitation closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Proponent;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal

PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by March 15 2013.
BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000
000 $
