Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer
(RISO) for the provision of all labour and material required to
build, transport and unload each floating wharf module on land
at the location that will be specified on each individual
call-up. The locations could be any public wharves along the
East coast of New Brunswick. All work is to be completed in
accordance with the Specification forming part of the bid
document.

The period of the of the Standing Offer will be two (2) years
from issuance of award. A standing offer is an agreement and not
a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that
the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.
More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

The estimated value of this opportunity is within the range of
$100,001.00 - $250,000.00 HST extra.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
allow sufficient time to respond.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

when issued, will be available from the MERX service provider.
Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid. In all cases bidders must indicate in the
space provided on the Tender Form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
for their bid.

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
MERX electronic bulletin board as part of the information
module.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.
