Microwave Radiometer
This amendment changes the closing date from 16 December 2013 to
8 January 2014.
Environment Canada, Toronto, Ontario has a requirement for a
Microwave Radiometer including, data analysis and visualization
software. The system must operate unattended in temperatures of
-40 to +40 C, with proven applications in Arctic conditions;
and neural network and nonlinear regression algorithms must be
included in the data analysis software. A complete list of the
mandatory technical requirements are listed in the Request for
Proposal at Annxe A, Requirement .
Delivery is required by 31 March 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
