CCTV SYSTEM EQUIPEMENT REPLACEMENT

The Canada Boarder Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to
replace outdated digital video recording at 100 Atwood Avenue,
Rainy River, Ontario, Canada, P0W 1L0.

The work includes the supply, delivery, installation and
training in accordance with the mandatory criteria detailed in
the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).

Delivery of the goods are requested to be completed by March 31,
2014 with the installation to follow after April 1, 2014.

A mandatory site visit will be held as indicated below:

Bidders must attend the site visit to be given consideration.

The bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit and
the onus is on the bidders to arrive at the site in a timely
manner. Bidders arriving late may not be permitted to attend the
site visit.

Security Requirement: At the date of bid closing, the following
conditions must be met: The Contractor must hold a valid
Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian
Industrial Security Direc-torate (CISD), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

All questions must be submitted to the Contracting Authority.

procurement.
