ELECTRONIC BOARD TO 30 NOVEMBER 2012.
Mobile Loading Ramps
The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base
Borden, Borden, Ontario, has a requirement for the supply and
delivery of quantity two (2) Mobile Loading Ramps in accordance
with the specifications detailed at Annex A of the Request for
Proposal (RFP) document. Delivery is requested as soon as
possible but no later than 29 March 2013.
Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for the site visit to be held on Monday, October
22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of National Defence, 45
Maintenance Road, Bldg O-95, CFB Borden, Borden, ON, L0M 1C0.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than two (2) day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be
rejected as non-compliant.
Arrangements have been made for a second site visit to be held
on November 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of National
Defence, 45 Maintenance Road, Bldg O-95, CFB Borden, Borden, ON,
L0M 1C0.

than one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.
Bidders who attended the first Mandatory Site Visit on October
22, 2012 are not required to attend again.
Bidders must refer to the RFP document for complete details
regarding this requirement including the evaluation criteria and
basis of selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
